When Penelope and Vi release a new book, all becomes right in the world, for me. After having gone through a TERRIBLE book slump, this book brought my reading mojo right back to life! I couldn't put it down and I was instantly reminded why I love reading. I was totally sucked into the story. I laughed, I swooned, I was shocked, I was sad, then I swooned again. I LOVED these characters. Absolutely freaking adored them!!! Bianca and Dex explosive chemistry! The heat is INTENSE between them and the anticipation almost killed me!I've been a lover of the Cocky Bastard series since the very first one and Graham from Stuck Up Suit had stolen my heart and I didn't think he could he topped. I never expected to fall so hard for Dex so quickly and he knocked Graham off of his pedestal as my favorite cocky Bastard. They're all so different, but, there is something I can't explain, and won't, so you can experience for yourselves, that I absolutely loved about Sex. loyal, devoted and so HOT I could hardly take it! Bianca was everything I loved in a heroine. So spicy and quick witted, she wasn't intimidated by anyone, even a man of Dex's stature and money. She was Dex's perfect counterpart and I loved every single moment I had with them! The story is incredibly unique, and my heart just exploded with love for the amazing writing, loveable and sexy characters and the plot that I never saw coming! Vi and Penelope never disappoint! They always AMAZE!!! 3.5 StarsMister Moneybags can be reviewed in two parts.. the first half of this book is AMAZING and I loved it.. the second part had me scratching my head and going NO NO NO!Part One: Five StarsThe first time Bianca meets Dex it doesn't go well so he pretends to be Jay to get on her good side, and he keeps up the facade to win her over, and things get quite tricky between these two. Preconceived notions of who Dex was and not knowing what he looks like put Bianca in a bad spot and she didn't even know it. So she said some things she probably shouldn't have and things got interesting in a chance meeting in an elevator. When she meets "Jay" the fun loving easy going guy she is physically attracted to him and has fun hanging out, but her online interviews with Dex has her intrigued and she can't get him out of her mind.I loved this part of the book, being inside both Bianca and Dex's head, seeing Dex struggle with his lies and how to handle how he was going to tell Bianca the truth and knowing he was only making everything worse instead of better because of the connection they had now. Bianca on the other hand is too smart for her own good and I loved how she handled the situation of Dex and Jay. This part hand me on edge, biting my finger nails and wanting to scream at Dex over and over again, yet wanting everything to work out for these two. This part of the book was beautifully written and I LOVED IT!Part Two: Two-ish StarsAfter all the drama and angst and craziness of the Jay/Dex scenario you would think everything would be over right? But NOPE, there is a plot twist in here that is kind of unnecessary and made me go WTH and made me completely forget about how amazing this book was in the first 3/4 of the story. I literally wanted to scream because a. I knew how it was going to end and b. I didn't feel as if these two characters needed to go through anything more than they already had in this book. They had already been through enough and we needed to see them have some happiness and less drama.Summary: Three and a half StarsI have adored and loved every book these two authors have put out together and was looking forward to this book for a long time. I was LOVING this book up until about 60% in and then well.. see above. I have seen many reviewers and readers who loved this book so I may be in the minority with the twist in this book, it just seemed a bit over the top and not needed for Bianca and Dex's story. Bianca and Dex were amazing characters and at times you will love them and then you will hate them. Both of them go through a LOT in this book and you're heart will break for both of them and you will feel for both of them and the situations they are put through. Like I said many people have loved this book, it just wasn't a love for me. I will definitely be picking up more books by this duo in the future though.
